Multan Sultans  the defending champions  are the newest team of the tournament because they played their first PSL in 2018 two years later than the other teams  but they won the tournament in 2021.Even Lahore Qalandars failed to win the tournament till now although they played two more season of PSL than Multan Sultans.
Multan Sultans are leading by Pakistan Wicketkeeper and No 2 Ranked Batsman in ICC T20 Rankings Muhammad Rizwan who were in top form since the start of 2021 scored more than 2000 runs in 20 qMatches in 2021.
Rizwan contribute a lot in there title winning campaign in 2021 Pakistan Super League 6.Rizwan also won ICC T20 Cricketer of the year award for his 1326 runs in T20I and also feature in ICC T20 team of the year.

 PSL 2022, the seventh version of the Pakistan Super League, will be held from January 27 to February 27 - here's the full timetable, installations rundown and start times for the T20 competition.
